Subject: Booking Roles Project Update #8 - Lucid Exercise Completion Deadline & Current Project Status
Access Chart & Lucid Edits – Deadline for Changes: May 22, 2026
Please ensure all edits are finalized no later than May 22, 2026. Once configuration begins, we will not be able to accept changes to access or naming conventions. After the framework has been completed, we will reopen the window for updates. If you identify changes after the deadline, please note them in the workbook so they can be addressed once the change window reopens.
Current Project Status
The order form is still under review with Procurement. Once it has been approved, we will reach out with additional details regarding the configuration and testing timeline. At this time, we are still planning to begin testing in the summer. I recommend starting to gather your test users for the various Booking Role Types (Account Types) if you haven’t already. If it’s helpful, you can list your test users in the Booking Roles Excel workbook to track coverage and identify any gaps.
Lastly, since this project will take place during the summer break, please let us know if you have any planned time off. If so, we’d appreciate knowing who we should coordinate with as a point of contact during your absence to keep the project moving.

Thank you all for gathering the information Jessica needed to move forward. At this time, we are in the process of routing the Order Form through the appropriate UT channels and will continue to keep you informed of its progress. While the procurement process can take time, we still anticipate meeting the August 1 deadline. Should anything change, our team will notify you immediately.
Lucid Chart Review & Updates
If you anticipate any changes to your access chart, we recommend making them now, prior to the start of configuration. Once configuration begins, we will not be able to accept changes until the preliminary Booking Roles framework has been completed. Please be sure to document all updates both in the workbook and in Lucid—this will help support our configuration efforts and ensure you have a clear record for future reference.
If you have any questions about the Lucid exercise or the update process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Once we have the completed order form, we will reach out with the cutoff for Lucid/Access changes.
