Outlook on the web
Log into Outlook on the web, click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the upper right corner.
Select Mail, then Forwarding.
Select Enable forwarding, enter the forwarding email address, and select Save.
If mail needs to be saved in both the mailbox and the destination you’re forwarding to, make sure to check the Keep a copy of forwarded messages checkbox. If mail should only be delivered to the forwarding address, clear this checkbox.
You can also use rules in Outlook on the web to automatically forward messages to another account. For more information, please view https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-rules-in-outlook-web-app-to-automatically-forward-messages-to-another-account-1433e3a0-7fb0-4999-b536-50e05cb67fed.
