       You are encouraged to use and modify UT's Syllabus Modifiable Template or the Simple Syllabus. In addition to the required elements, these templates include optional elements that you can remove if you so wish.

• Post (Required)Syllabi:
  1. Share with Students - Students - Required by the first day of classes
     Provide your course syllabus to students by first meeting day via the Canvas course page.
  2. Share with RTF Office/Moody College - Both  Required by the first day of classes
     Submit both course syllabi and instructor-of-record CVs* will also be required by to the department for the dean’s office by the first day of classes. You should upload them to a box folder provided by the RTF office manager.
     (*Note: If you wish to also update your CV on your faculty profile, send it to Elana Wakeman.)
  3. Share with the Public - Course Syllabi and CVs must be uploaded to Access Syllabi and CVs system Required by no later than seven days after the semester’s first day of classes
