- Required | UT - Instructors are required to include the content outlined by the provost in your syllabus.
- Recommended | RTF general - See some recommended additions listed below.
- Required | For RTF production classes which involve filming - See purple required language for production classes.
- Templates (Optional) - You are encouraged to use and modify UT's Syllabus Modifiable Template or the Simple Syllabus. In addition to the required elements, these templates include optional elements that you can remove if you so wish.
- Where to post (Required):
- Share with Students - Provide your course syllabus to students by first meeting day via Canvas.
- Share with RTF Office/Moody College - Both course syllabi and instructor-of-record CVs* will also be required by the department for the dean’s office by the first day of classes. You should upload them to a box folder provided by the RTF office manager. (*Note: If you wish to also update your CV on your faculty profile, send it to Elana Wakeman.)
- Share with the Public - Course Syllabi and CVs must be uploaded to Access Syllabi and CVs system no later than seven days after the semester’s first day of classes.
