We have setup two new multifunction, b&w/color printers in ETC replacing the existing printers. Please see details below for how to print, copy and scan including actions required for MacOS users. Since we are charged per print, please utilize color printing and copying only when necessary.

- ME-ETC-5226-Canon-1 – 70-page per minute model, configured to support 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17, 50-sheet staple, hole punch, 200-page single-pass duplexing automatic document feeder (scanner/copier)
- ME-ETC-5226-Canon-2 – 40-page per minute model, configured to support 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14, 50-sheet staple, hole punch, 200-page single-pass duplexing automatic document feeder (scanner/copier)
We have set default print options such as black and white and two-sided, but these can be changed on demand for each print job or you can set up new defaults and/or saved presets on your computer yourself or with ME IT assistance.
We have also disabled printing via USB drives at the devices for security and to prevent unauthorized printing. You can print directly from your computer without needing to copy documents off to USB drive. Secure printing instructions will be posted soon to hold jobs until you're at the printer.

Windows 10/11
Printers have been automatically deployed to most machines. You will find them under “Printers & Scanners” within Windows Settings or within the application’s print dialog window you are printing from. If you do not have these printers installed, you can follow these instructions to add the two printers.
