THE PROCESS: Masters
Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before event start time (109:30am)
Check-in will be located in the front of the Texas Union Theater.
An ELP volunteer will usher you and your guests to the theater or backstage.
Guests will be able to go into theater
Graduates will line up backstage by cohort
Event will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the following will be the run of show:
Opening remarks
Keynote speaker
Hooding ceremony:
You will be ushered to the front with your cohort
Provide emcee with name card at time of hooding.
THE PROCESS: Doctoral
Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before event start time (1011:30am00 am)
Check-in will be located in the front of the Texas Union Theater.
An ELP volunteer will usher you and your guests to the theater or backstage.
Guests will be able to go into theater
Graduates will line up backstage by cohort
Event will begin at 11 a.m. and the following will be the run of show:

Presentation of awards (PHELP)
Hooding ceremony:
You will be ushered to the front with your cohort following remarks from your department heads
Provide emcee with name card at time of hooding
Hooded by faculty and dissertation/ treatise titles read
