If a user cannot login to the system, a clinical supervisor should contact the Tech Services Help Desk, comm-help@austin.utexas.edu, 512-471-1199, and provide the user's EID as well as first & last name and request that the user be added to austin.utexas.edu/Colleges and SchoolsDepartments/COMM/Groups/COMM-UsersDepartments/COMM-CSD/COMM-CSD-Students.
Requests for access from students will not be fulfilled.
