Go to the Anaconda site to download the software

Choose macOS

Choose the version you want to download.

The installer will download to the "Downloads" folder

Double click on the installer to begin install

Follow all the prompts to install the application.

You can launch the application by going into your user account shown here.
And launch the application.

You will then be able to open whatever application you would like to work with inside of Anaconda Navigator
