  1. Login to the EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.

  2. SummaryEnter a title of the request like a subject in an email. 
  3. New Employee Name: Enter name of employee the offer letter is for.
  4. Employee EID: Enter the EID of the employee. If they do not have an EID, they must get one. 
  5. Salary: Enter employee salary amount.
  6. Start Date: Enter employee's first day.
  7. End Date: Enter employee's last day. If this is for a contract employee, there will be an end date.
  8. Supervisor Name: Enter name of supervisor.
  9. Requisition Number: Enter Job Requisition ID. These are found in Workday under Job Details within new employee's Job Description. 
  10. Additional Comments/Additional Information: Provide additional information or notes concerning the request.
  11. Attachments: Upload supporting documentation.
  12. Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your EID email at the bottom of the request.
  13. Click Send to submit request.
