We are allowed to make reservations in her name without her being present 3x per year. CourtneyStacy's tax-exempt member number is 5413M 3017W. Specify that any charges should be made to the tax-exempt account. If you need to make reservations under Dean Johnston’s name, his member number is J0298. Get clearance from Billy Davis and/or Charlotte Harris beforehand.
- Reimbursement: We receive monthly statements from UT Club. You must review and confirm that all expenses for account 5413M 3017W were business related expenses. Email Carmen Chappel (carmen.chappel@clubcorp.com) and Lorie Kuhl (lorie.kuhl@clubcorp.com) if you have questions or need to transfer any items between 5413M 3017W (tax-exempt) and M5413 W3017 (taxed). It is helpful to request an itemized balance forward for both accounts. When submitting OOEFs for the UT Club, select Vendor (rather than individual) for payment. Enter EID for UT Club: 2hnmrt6
