Purchasing and Reimbursement
Contact Ben Hester bhester@cheValerie Croft at vcroft@che.utexas.edu 512 or 512-471-2023 in CPE 1.450 to request access to procurement and purchasing systems. To initiate a purchase, submit a completed Department Requisition Form with current online catalog pricing (or a quote) to BenValerie. Email submission is preferred. Additional documents may be required depending upon the amount of the purchase request, the funding used, and the pool of vendors available to fill the request. Please do not submit purchase requests to vendors directly without prior authorization.
