Often Outlook problems can be solved by switching between Outlook Cached Mode and Online Mode.  If you do not have any personal/archive folders (PST files)are experiencing sluggishness and other delays in Outlook, we recommend using online cached mode.

Turning on Cached Mode:

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Open File>Account Settings>Account Settings. A window should pop up that looks something like this:

    3. Double-click the email you wish to put into cached mode.
    4. Check the box for Use Cached Exchanged Mode. Hit Next>Finish.
    5. Close Outlook and reopen it for the change to take place.
