If you are on a Thesis or Master’s Report degree plan: ensure you are enrolled in either EDP 698B (Thesis students) or EDP 398R (Report students).

Ensure you are enrolled in Dissertation hours (EDP _99W). Note: if you are a CP/SCCP student on internship who successfully defended the dissertation prior to the graduating semester, you may qualify for an exception to the Dissertation enrollment. Contact the EDP Graduate Coordinator to confirm.

If you are graduating later than the semester in which you hold your Dissertation Defense: follow the steps in the Graduation Deadlines and Submission Instructions for holding the Dissertation Defense, and the rest of the instructions (submission of graduation application and dissertation upload) by the posted deadline in your graduating semester.
