Due to the nature of our question banks, you may come across questions that need fixing. You are welcome to email questhelp@austin.utexas.edu with concerns, however we also have the flag feature to support reporting problems.
You'll notice the little yellow or grayed-out flag shape when viewing questions on tables, both in search result tables and assignment tables. Simply click that flag and verify that you mean to report an error in the question.
The options for the issue type are:
- No correct answer
- More than one correct answer
- Poorly written question
- Other
Please provide a detailed description to help us edit it appropriately. Additionally, keep in mind that many questions have many versions with randomization, so the more information you can provide as to the specific instance where you've noticed the issue will help us expedite the fix.
