When you select to insert a video a dialog box will appear:
Clicking the folder icon will open the Responsive Filemanager to upload the video, then will return you to provide a description and to specify the dimensions. Better yet, however, you can simply provide the link to the video in the text box:
The video will embed directly in the HTML editor box:
