If you are using a PC (not a MAC) follow these instructions to map your computer to the printers:

  1. Click on the following link Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type: \\print.shared.utexas.edu or copy it and paste it in the search bar of “My Computer”

  2. Right click to see the list of printers order by "Details"

  3. Scroll down to the printer you wish to use:
    DMPS-PRINTER01-COLOR (located on 5th Floor Bridge)
    DMPS-PRINTER02-COLOR (located on the 4th Floor Tower)

  4. Double click the name of your printer of choice..

  5.  Set it as your DEFAULT printer, by clicking on "Printer" and then "set it as your DEFAULT printer as a default".
