SPSS is currently only being used by for Assessment. There is are currently 2 total licenses. Renewal is due in Oct each year but can be known to vary. It must be purchased via TXShop through ITS, although this is currently in the process of changing.

Schlage Software

The Schlage software is used for programming the doors in JES.

PyCharm - Web Dev

Must call in and use ProCard - they cannot process procard Procard payments on their website - started with 4, but reduced to 3. They are located in California, so 3-hour difference. Best The best time to call them is around 12 or 1.

The version of Filemaker that as was used was 15. The databases were located on the server and was were hosted by ITS.

Server certificates must be obtained before expiring. An email was sent by the system when it was close to expiring. Renewal requests were sent to cert-requests@its.utexas.edu.
