SPSS is currently only being used by Assessment. There is currently 1 total license. Renewal is due in Oct each year but can be known to vary. It must be purchase purchased via TXShop through ITS.

The version of Filemaker that as used was 15. The databases were located on the server and was hosted by ITS.
Server certificates must be obtained before expiring. An email was sent by the system when it was close to expiring. Renewal requests were sent to cert-requests@its.utexas.edu.
