Example 1: How does turnover in your C/S/VP compare to turnover at the university for FY 2012-13?

  • Mouse over the C/S/VP graph directly above 2012-13. The pop-up tip will show your C/S/VP turnover and 12.01% turnover for the university.
  • Print the dashboard if desired.

Example 2: What is the turnover trend for administrative assistants in a department within your C/S/VP?

  • Start on the Turnover by Job dashboard.
  • Go to the Job Title filter at the top of the page, click on the down arrow, click on All to clear all of the check marks, type “administrative” in the search bar at the top of the menu, click on the box in front of ‘Administrative Assistant,’ click on Apply, and only the turnover trend for Administrative Assistants for the entire C/S/VP shows (also note that the Employee Type filter shows “Classified” and the FLSA Status filter shows “N”)
  • Then go to the Department filter , click on the drop down menu arrow, click on the checkbox to clear all the checks, find the department of interest, click on the box in front of the department of interest, the turnover trend for Administrative Assistants in that department will show.
  • Print the dashboards if desired.
  • Clear all filters and return to default settings by selecting Revert at the bottom or top of the page (You can return an individual filter to its default settings by selecting Image Removed above the filter drop down menu.)
