- Navigate to Articles and click on the "Search Tools" button. This will bring up sorting options. Use the "Select Category" and choose the category you want to alphabetize–for example "Class of 2020". This will bring up only the articles in that category.
- Look for the sorting option that says "ID descending", typically next to the option for how many entries to view per page at the top right. Click on this field and choose "Ordering descendingascending".
- Using the three vertical dots to the left of each article title, drag and drop the articles into the alpha order desired.
