- Students will email the dit.desk@austin.utexas.edu email to request access to a DIT tutor.
- Student associate will send them both of the tutors link who is on duty for that subject and the community guidelines while attending DIT. (See Communications Templates)
- You (the Student Associate) will need to get the student EID and which subject they are here for so you can log them into myUGS.
- Once you have the student's EID, chat the corresponding tutor the student's name and EID, so that the tutor knows the student(s) attending the session.
- Move the email request to the corresponding folder for the request. This will let you and the other SA clearly see who has not been emailed in the inbox.
