Student Associates will need to be logged into Teams , Outlook, and have access to Tutor scheduleand Intercom.
Via Teams:
- When a DIT tutor starts their shift, they will log onto Teams and provide their meeting id and subject for that day.
- Student associate will add this info to Google Sheet
- The meeting ID's should be recurring, so they should be the same ID for the shift the entire semester. Please put this on the Tutor schedule sheet where I put "Meeting ID"
- One-time Shift change ID's will be put on the first sheet of the google sheet.
- Student Associates, please remain in contact with the other SA on duty.
