How to Order Toner

  • Navigate to the facsimile screen by pressing the "facsimile" button on the home screen.
  • Once in facsimile, type in the fax number using the adjoining keypad.
  • Viable numbers are as follows:
    1. Local: 9 + 512-_ _ _ - _ _ _ _
    2. Toll Free: 9 + 1 + (800 or 866) + _ _ _ - _ _ _ _
    3. Long Distance: 8 + Pause + Long Distance Code + Pause + _ _ _ - _ _ _ - _ _ _ _
    4. International: 8 + Pause + Long Distance Code + Pause + Country Code + City Code + Local Number
    • Press OK, place your documents in the feeder, then press the start button.

    Providing the numbers below (Equipment, Serial or Model, depending on what the customer service representative asks for) allows the customer service personal at Ricoh to pull-up our account information. Maria is the contact person for this account, so say you are calling on behalf of Maria Nelson when ordering toner (see directions below) or requesting repairs/maintenance.


    Ordering Toner:  Dial 3 on the options menu to order toner. Order two black toners at a time.
