As of fall 2011, the Registrar has implemented an online grade change system. The yellow RG 505 grade change forms will be phased out, and it will become the faculty's responsibly to submit grade changes via this online system. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent a faculty member from submitting a grade change (no Internet access, out of the country, trapped inside a volcano, etc.), please contact Nick Nobel.
