  1. In the Outlook app, on the Tools menu, click Accounts.
  2. Click the Plus Sign, then click New Account.In the E-mail address your Microsoft email (usually in the first.last@austin.utexas.edu format), then click "Advanced..."
  3. Click on the "Delegates" tab.
  4. Under "Open these additional mailboxes:", select the plus icon.
  5. In the "Search for a person..." field, enter the email address of the shared mailbox, then click ContinueAdd.
  6. Upon clicking Continue, a UTexas login window will appear. Enter your personal EID and EID password and authenticate with Duo to finish adding the account. Restart your Outlook application.

  3. In the E-mail address "Search for a person..." field, enter the email address of the shared mailbox, then click Add.
  4. Restart your Outlook application.
