Getting Started
The University is offering Microsoft Teams Phone Service for Faculty/Staff. This service is replacing the traditional office telephone. The Teams Phone Services uses the Microsoft Teams application on your computer and/or smartphone mobile phone to make/receive calls from your UT phone number.
To get started, order Microsoft Teams Phone Service. After the Teams Services is enabled, test out the service by making and receiving a call.
