In Adobe InDesign, you can export your document as a PDF. This process essentially "flattens" the document into a single, editable PDF file. Here's how you can export a flattened PDF in InDesign:

InDesign will include all the necessary information from your document in the PDF file. If you've merged layers or taken other steps to simplify your layout, those changes will be reflected in the exported PDF.

Always keep a backup of your original InDesign document before making significant changes or exporting to a different format. If you need to maintain the ability to edit the content in the future, make sure to keep a copy of the original InDesign (.indd) file.

You must have your EID at the beginning of every file you submit. We will not release any incorrectly named plots. EX: EID_filename
