This project taught us both a lot about building. Going through the design process from start to finish gave us a good overview on building robot mechanisms. The project idea and kinematics and and analysis parts were relatively easy for us to do since we had been doing it all semester in class. When in came to physically building our prototype, due to our inexperience in the area we had a lot of issues.
As for future work, there's a lot we can do to improve on our project. This includes things such as controlling the pinball tabs with a mechanism, lifting the ball from the holder to the shooter automatically, and lessening the power of the ball shooter as well.
