Overview
REDCap offers a survey queue feature. The survey queue allows us to put multiple REDCap surveys in 1 link. Only 1 survey queue can be created for each record ID/participant. This means that all surveys for all timepoints (if applicable) are included in the same link. However, we can hide surveys we do not want displayed at certain time points. For example, we can hide PostTx surveys in the link during PreTx. Individual survey queue links do not change. The participant will always use the same link after the queue is created.

To create the survey queue, go to the REDCap Designer page.
Under data collection instruments select “Survey Queue”
Then click “Edit Survey Queue”
You can add instructions or a preamble message for the survey queue in the text box.
You can choose to hide the survey queue from responders. This means that they will not see the list of surveys.
Now you can start activating surveys to choose which surveys will be included in the survey queue.
Click activate to include the surveys in your queue. The first survey(s) will only appear if an initial survey is completed. You can send participants an initial survey OR to bypass, have the clinician complete a hidden survey (see the Video Tutorial).
