The following are the instructions on how to migrate your Mac from the current Mac support platform platform to the central campus platform:
- Open Finder and go to the Applications folder
...
- Open the "LAITS Self Service" app
- Click on the Management category
- Click on the item "Migrate to Campus Jamf"
...
- When you see the following description, click "Migrate" to start the process
- (It may take 30 seconds to appear) Click "Continue" when you get this pop up
...
- If prompted again, click "Install" again
- Finally you must enter their your password for the account (your regular account username will already be in the box and be temporarily made admingranted permission to approve):
- Once you click Enroll, your Mac should be migrated, and you can close System Preferences.
- If you see any pop-ups about blocked system extensions, just click ok. The new support platform will address them in time
