Research Shipping:

Both SARPCs have access to e-Ship and are certified to ship dry ice and non-hazardous biological samples. Contact your Administrative Research Program Coordinator for more information.

Dry Ice:

You can purchase dry ice pellets from the Chemistry Department. You will need to call 512.471.4463 to validate your ability to purchase dry ice and for them to walk you through the usual process. Note that orders are not subject to sales tax.

TXSHOP:

1. Select the Chemistry Department Sales link (you will have to log in if you haven’t already):
2. Select Merchandise – NHB
3. Select the Dry Ice option
4. You will need to complete information on PI, student pickup representative and date
5. Your Sr. Administrative Program Coordinator will need to provide the account number to be charged.
6. Make sure to provide any receipts or invoices for the dry ice to your SAPC.
