JES A309
Reserving the meeting room in JES A309 can be done using your Outlook Calendar. Create an event and invite the JES A309 email account (res.jes.a309@austin.utexas.edu - as pictured in the screenshot below). It will auto-populate that the location is JES 309. This invite will send a request to the SLC Administrative staff, who will confirm the availability of the room.
Please keep in mind that JES 309 is typically only for UGS staff-run meetings. If you have another need, please let the Administrative staff know.

As a staff member of the Sanger Learning Center, you can reserve classroom and meeting room space in Jester, Flawn, and all rooms controlled by the registrar across campus.
