The new workflow is designed so that the producer only has to navigate 3 different mixes. The board should stay on the same Layer (Layer A). Inputs 1-10 are different microphone options, Crestron output, and ceiling microphones. Next to the master fader are the outputs that control the master fader for each mix. The producer should navigate the different mixes to control the individual input levels getting sent to the output. The "default settings" for each mix are shown further below.
INPUTS: These are the labels for inputs 1-10.
OUTPUTS: These are the labels for the 3 outputs. Ceil: Ceiling outputs. This is what you hear in the room. Record: This is what gets recorded to Blackmagic. Zoom: This is what gets fed to "USB Audio Device" in Zoom on the Teaching Station.
MIXES: These are the mixes that control the input levels for each output.
MIX 1: CEILING Default settings for the Ceiling output. BE AWARE that if the Crestron touch panel on the proctor desk is muted, the board still receives the input. In this case, if the Crestron touch panel is muted, the mains will be muted, but the ceiling speakers will still receive audio coming from Crestron.
MIX 2: RECORD Default settings for the Record output. BE AWARE that if the Crestron touch panel on the proctor desk is muted, the board still receives the input. In this case, if the Crestron touch panel is muted, the mains will be muted, but the recording will still receive audio coming from Crestron.
MIX 3: ZOOM Default settings for the Zoom output ON THE TEACHING STATION. Note that in order to run Zoom from the Production Station, the Audio device Device will be the Blackmagic Device. This means that the "Record" mixer will be sent to the Production Station Zoom Meeting. |
