Click on this purple eyeball thing in the menu bar.

 
Click the Licensing tab

Choose "Floating" under the PhraseFind option

Choose "Floating" under the ScriptSync option

Click Activate for PhraseFind

Click Activate for ScriptSync

You should notice the options activated on the Avid Media Composer Splash screen

Also, under the Script menu in Avid, the ScriptSync option will be at the bottom.

How to deactivate

Click on this Image Modified purple eyeball thing in the menu bar.

 

Select the Licensing tab.

Click on Deactivate for PhraseFind and ScriptSync
