  1. Login to the EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.
    Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu. 
    For more information on logging in go to EM Jira Service Management
  2. Today's Date: Select date from pop-up calendar.
  3. Department: Select department from drop down menu.
  4. Position Title: Enter the title of position to recruit.
  5. Is this a new position?: Select yes or no.
  6. If yes, please put N/A. If no, who last held the position? If no, enter name of employee who formerly held position.
  7. Justification for new position or refill of old position: Enter documentation supporting the request.
  8. Who will this position report to? Enter name of supervisor.
  9. What is the max salary for this position? Enter maximum salary amount for position.
  10. Is this a temporary or student position? Select yes or no.
  11. Please confirm you have received posting approval from your department lead. Check box to confirm yes, no, pending approval or unsure.
  12. Additional Comments/Notes: Provide additional information or notes concerning the request.
  13. Attachments: Upload supporting documentation.
  14. Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your EID email at the bottom of the request.
  15. Click Send to submit request.
