- Login to the EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.
Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu.
For more information on logging in go to EM Jira Service Management - Summary: Enter a title of the request like a subject in an email.
- New Employee Name: Enter name of employee the offer letter is for.
- Employee EID: Enter the EID of the employee. If they do not have an EID, they must get one.
- Salary: Enter employee salary amount.
- Start Date: Enter employee's first day.
- End Date: Enter employee's last day. If this is for a contract employee, there will be an end date.
- Supervisor Name: Enter name of supervisor.
- Requisition Number: Enter Job Requisition ID. These are found in Workday under Job Details within new employee's Job Description.
- Additional Comments/Additional Information: Provide additional information or notes concerning the request.
- Attachments: Upload supporting documentation.
- Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your EID email at the bottom of the request.
- Click Send to submit request.
