  1. Login to the EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.
    Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu. 
    For more information on logging in go to EM Jira Service Management
  2. Summary: Enter a title of the request like a subject in an email. 
  3. Department: Select from drop down menu.
  4. Employee Name: Enter name of employee transferring.
  5. Employee EID: Enter EID of employee transferring.
  6. Justification for Reclassification: Provide reason or documentation for reclassification.
  7. Current Position: Enter employee's current position.
  8. New Proposed Position: Enter employee's new position.
  9. Job Title: Enter employee's job title.
  10. New Salary: Enter new salary amount for employee.
  11. Who will this position report to after reclassification? Enter name of direct report.
  12. Please confirm this reclassification has received department head approval: Select from drop down menu.
  13. Attachment: Upload any support documentation for this request.
  14. Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your EID email at the bottom of the request.
  15. Click Send to submit request.
