Packages can be created in multiple record modules (Objects, Constituents, Exhibitions), so you must first open a record in the Object Module. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Search for an one, or a list of objects you wish to add to a new package.
  2. Click Add New Record button in menu banner to create a Package
  3. Name and describe the package as you prefer
  4. If you'd like to share the package with colleagues, change Folder type to Public and Select the Public folder
    1. "Public" is a misnomer, it is public to other TMS users, but not to a public audience





Add Objects to Package

  1. With Package loaded in the sidebar, click + to add
    1. Add current record will add the object record you have open in a data entry view, or the selected record in a list view
    2. Add all records in the Record Set will add all records you have in a list
    3. Add selected records in the Working List will add from your personal object working list, adding anything with the selection box ticked
    4. Add all records in the Working List will add all items in your current object working list


Remove Objects From Package

  1. Tick the selection box next to each record you wish to remove
    1. Ticking the top box in the header will select/deselect all records
  2. Click the X and select remove selected Records from the Package
