Within OS Ticket:
- For the first email: forward the email to ITS using the email help@utexas.edu and hit the Post Reply button.

- For the 2nd email: select a canned response 'general - change profile information'
- In the Ticket Status drop down - choose "Resolved" and hit the Post Reply button.
