1. Select the document to be updated, right click on it and start a quick change.

2. With the document in quick change status, right click on the record and select Open with Adobe Acrobat from the menu.

3. Edit the file. Expand the thumbnails section on the left.

    • If the file is a single PDF, use the page edit tools to add, remove, or rotate pages.
    • If the file is a PDF Portfolio, select the Edit Portfolio button and drag and drop new files in the thumbnail section or use the add files interface.

4. Save changes to the PDF or Portfolio.

5. Release the quick change.
