Go to Pnc Web > Click on PncRegistration icon (1)
In the PncRegistration window (2), select the Patient tab (3)> search for the patient (4)
In the patient registration page, select Reg Summary (1) > Under Miscellaneous (Custom Fields), click Edit (2)
In Miscellaneous (Custom Fields) window: Type the phonetic spelling or “sound alike” name for the patient under the Phonetic field (1) > Save (2)
