For students who have a faculty supervisor, this approval will be granted through the PhD and MS registration forms.
This process is hosted on DocuSign which can be found HEREFor students whose individual instruction courses are NOT supervised by their faculty supervisor, you may use the form HERE to sign up for individual instruction courses. Once you fill out the form, it will be sent to the faculty member and then routed onto the graduate advising team for processing.
