Laser Cutting Schedule

Friday, November 15th

Laser Cutter reservations open for Sunday, November 17th through Tuesday, November 22nd at 11 a.m. This is also the last day for Laser Cutter training before Final Reviews.

Sunday, November 17th – Friday, November 22nd

• Laser cutting reservations are exclusive based on final review day. Reservations made for the incorrect day will be canceled. 

  • Wednesday, December 4th

    • Studios reviewing on this day can book laser cutter time for Sunday, November 17th and Wednesday, November 20th. They can also walk-in on these days only.

  • Thursday, December 5th

    • Studios reviewing on this day can book laser cutter time for Monday, November 18th  and Thursday, November 21st. They can also walk-in on these days only.

  • Friday, December 6th

    • Studios reviewing on this day can book laser cutter time for Tuesday, November 19th and Friday, November 22nd. They can also walk-in on these days only.

• Reservations can only be made in 30- or 60-minute increments.

• Maximum 90 minutes total reserved time to laser cut across both of your exclusive days. Reservations made in excess of 90 minutes across both exclusive days will be canceled.*

• Walk-ins are available for those reviewing on their corresponding Exclusive days.

Sunday, November 24th - Tuesday, November 26th

• The Tech Lab is open limited hours and laser cutters can be reserved regardless of final review day.

• Reservations can only be made in 30- or 60-minute increments.

• Maximum 60 minutes total reserved time to laser cut during this period. Reservations made in excess of 60 minutes during this period will be canceled.*

• Walk-ins are available.

Tuesday, November 26th

Wednesday, November 27th – Saturday, November 30th

Sutton IT Help Desk closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Sunday, December 1st – Friday, December 6th

• Reservations can only be made in 30- or 60-minute increments.

• Maximum 60 minutes total reserved time to laser cut during this period. Reservations made in excess of 60 minutes during this period will be canceled.*

• Walk-ins are available.

Plotting Schedule

Open plotting time available during final review week!

We'll have open plotting from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. from Tuesday, December 3rd until Thursday, December 5th. Exclusive plotting for final reviews will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. Plot submissions close for the day at 7 p.m.

Tuesday, December 3rd

• Open plotting from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

• Exclusive plotting from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for final reviews on Wednesday, December 4th.

• Submissions close at 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, December 4th

• Open plotting from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

• Exclusive plotting from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for final reviews on Thursday, December 5th.

• Submissions close at 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, December 5th

• Open plotting from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

• Exclusive plotting from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for final reviews on Friday, December 6th.

• Submissions close at 7:00 p.m.
