- Finder charts (we recommend using Kyle Kaplan's python based tool)
- A worklist with your targets to be uploaded into TCS ( http://snoopy.as.utexas.edu:8080/OS/manuals/2.7m-telescope/tcs/appendix/worklists/?searchterm=worklist )
- Rotator settings (link to rotator guidelines)
- Offset box positions for offset guide stars (if needed - use Kyle's tool or Soojongs document)
- Offsets to nearby bright stars to check telescope pointing in faint or crowded fields (need to add to Kyle's code the option to give a small list of offset stars)
- A list of nearby standard (A0V/G2V) stars: A0V standard stars: You can use either our A0V star TCS worklists or the IRTF Locator for Nearby A0V and G2V Stars: choose either MMT (31ºN, 110ºW) or APO (32ºN, 105ºW).
- Blank Paper Logsheets (preferred) Blank Digital Logs (acceptable as long as Kyle, Greg, or Hwi are shared users on the document - be sure to make a copy of this template before logging)
