Gibbon is a free open source framework, primarily directed at course organization. The system gives educators the autonomy to organize their lectures in varying dimensions whether it be through attendance, progress tracking, course scheduling, and so forth with modules that can be added as necessary.
It currently offers 75 language options.
This platform is a great option for non-technical clients.
