Faculty Additional Employment Form (Faculty Additional Employment Form (AEF))- This form maybe used to facilitate approval between CSUs for additional employment, Allowances, or One-Time Payments for faculty.This form should be initiated by the organization making the request. All approvals should be in place before work begins and any business transactions are initiated.
