The default record setting in Zoom produces a smaller, lower quality recording.
Zoom can be changed to record a higher quality video.

Click on the SETTINGS tab, then click on the RECORDING tab |

In order to change the record setting you are required to record locally. Make sure the SWTICH for LOCAL RECORDING is flipped on. Don't forget to SAVE the setting change. If the switch is already flipped on, proceed to the next step |

Even though you are recording locally, under the CLOUD recording settings, check the box that says OPTIMIZE THE RECORDING FOR 3RD PARTY VIDEO EDITOR This will produce a video that is HD quality. |
