The Blanket OOEF memo is available to employees of Undergraduate College and must be utilized under the following guidelines:
- Events will be less than $1,000. If the event is expected to exceed $1,000, an individual OOEF will be created and routed for approval in accordance with the required OOEF approval process.
Blanket OOEFs may be used for baked goods for morale events, including retirement gatherings, holiday, staff appreciation lunches, and end of the year gatherings.
Limit these events to one party per month per department.
Expenses should not exceed $5 per person in attendance.
Blanket OOEFs may be used for recurring refreshments for consumption by faculty, staff, students, and guests.
Expenses may include bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, cream, sweeteners, and/or candies/mints.
Expenses should be reasonable and not exceed $300 per month.
Blanket OOEFs must be completed by the units authorizing the expenses and provided with the payment documentation. An example is included below.
