All undergraduate student staff in academic support roles would be assigned in this job title. The structure for beginning and continuing salaries is as follows:
Starting salary: $11.25/hr
2nd long semester of employment: $11.75/hr
4th+ long semester of employment: $12.50/hr
Student staff in supervisory roles*: $14.00/hr, regardless of length of service

Most graduate student staff in academic support roles would be assigned in this job title. The structure for beginning and continuing salaries is as follows:
Starting salary: $13.50/hr
2nd long semester of employment: $14.25/hr
4th+ long semester of employment: $15.00/hr
Student staff in supervisory roles*: $20.25/hr, regardless of length of service

Salary is set by UGS Business Office at $15/hour. Student Employees in this position are eligible for benefits.

Undergraduate student staff in non-academic support roles would be assigned in this job title; Sanger employs only Federal Work Study Award eligible students in this title. The structure for beginning and continuing salaries is as follows:
Freshmen: $7.75/hr
Sophomore: $8.50/hr
Junior: $9.25/hr
