CTR has two conference rooms available for use by the UT transportation research community. Seating capacity ranges from 10 to 30, depending upon the room. The largest conference room can be arranged in three configurations: seminar, meeting, and classroom. The Center can also accommodate some parking needs. Contact CTR for conference room reservations.
When contacting CTR regarding a conference room reservation, please provide the following information:
- Your name, phone number, and e-mail address
- Date and time of meeting
- Number of people attending
- Whether you would like coffee and water served
- Whether you will need special equipment, such as a slide or overhead projector
